Meet the Chef

Chef Mark Williams has been in kitchens for ten years, getting his start in New York as a dishwasher in Alphabet City. He studied at the International Culinary Center in SoHo and secured an externship at Tom Colicchio’s Temple Court in the Beekman Hotel. After stints as a Sous Chef at restaurants in Bed Stuy and SoHo, he made his way to Philly and is excited to bring his culinary experience to Patchwork in the Hyatt Centric as the Chef de Cuisine.
